Registration Process

Much like the usual registration model, the attendees can register online through the Un Women website.

A banner on Applying for registration can be placed on the website homepage in advance(10-15 days prior to the event).

Contact details of participants mentioned in the registration form will automatically be used to build profiles for the networking section to enable them connect for future collaborations.

This feature showcases profiles of all esteemed speakers in one place on the platform site, enabling visitors to learn more about the speakers prior to watching them LIVE

Panel Discussions

We offer trusted platform options such as StreamYard, Zoom, Webex etc. to conduct the panel discussions.

Your choice of option will be integrated into the customized designed User Interface (UI) for the IWD event.

Social Media Wall

A social media wall is a real-time, aggregated feed of social media posts appearing on a separate customised window.

The posts may be from platforms like Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, depending on the solution.

Scribble Wall - Express Yourself

Popular in physical events, this feature lets the visitor write on the huge wall virtually!

Everything they write stays on the wall for the duration of the event and gets shuffled automatically so that everyone gets the same attention.

We also provide an option to hide/delete certain scribbles if you find them not worthy of display.

Exhibition Hall/ Gallery

A well designed area to host an expo or exhibition having virtual stalls.

Information about the service/product at display and interaction with the exhibitor to ask questions/details.

Pre-recorded video presentations.

Gallery to upload the presentations and Documents of the participants.

Brief overview and supporting documents/media for delegates.

Networking Platform

While keeping the real essence of physical events alive, this privacy-focused feature lets visitors connect amongst themselves.

Once connected, one-on-one appointments can be scheduled; also with exhibitors or sponsors.

The platform offers an option to “Connect” to another person after viewing their detailed profiles.

After acceptance of a “Connection Request”, a Chat window opens where interaction can be done as and when desired.
