Savita comes with over 17 years of professional experience in the development sector and has been a key contributor to our Knowledge Products and qualitative research projects for over 10 years. Her experience includes management of research, monitoring & evaluation of development projects and documentation. As head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in a private organization she has gained immensely in formulating project implementation plans and these learnings have helped in execution and monitoring of research and process documentation projects of the company. Her experience pans across issues like gender, women’s empowerment, advocacy on women’s issue, community development and public policy. She is pursuing Masters in Gender and Development from IGNOU and has a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry Honours, along with PG diploma in Human Resource Management.
